Most Odoo warehouses I've onboarded have a paper map of the warehouse pinned to the wall. The Odoo locations tree never matches it. inventory-builder is a small JS layout tool that takes the paper map and helps you build the location tree by clicking shelves and aisles.
Built it after one customer's go-live where we spent half a day arguing about whether row 03 was on the left or right of aisle B. The tool exports straight to stock.location records via the Odoo Studio API. Saved me roughly 4 days on the next two projects.
